Srinivas Matlapudi is Founder & Director of ICS Designs, a Product Design & Development Company, headquartered in Mumbai, with its manufacturing unit in Navi Mumbai.

Srinivas is the Principal Designer & specialises in Engineering Design & Tool Design across various industry segments. Since 1999, at ICS Designs, he has worked with number of large cap indian companies, creatively designing & developing, patented products for them & executing throughout the entire NPD cycle till the product launch & production. With such genius he is credited  authorship  for several patents for innovative products which are success stories in Indian market.

Prior to founding ICS Designs, Srinivas has spent his foundation years in Design, at Godrej & Boyce Tooling Division, gaining valuable exposure in plastic molds, die casting dies, sheet metal panel dies.

Qualifications - B.E. ( Mech), Post Graduate in Tool Design from CITD Hyderabad. M.E. ( Heat & Mass Transfer)

Bharat Samant is Founder & Managing Director of ICS Designs, a Product Design & Development Company, headquartered in Mumbai, with its manufacturing unit in Navi Mumbai.

He dreamt & built the unique, design driven integrated business model that ICS Designs has today. Starting from scratch, he initiated the business of Product & Tool Design services to tool & die making companies in India & abroad & later integrated with Mold manufacturing & molding solutions, thereby providing seamless NPD, tooling & production solutions to market.

He has been building & leading the Team ICS across all 3 business verticals & business functions around the core of design.

Significant technical contribution to the Indian Aerospace program has been a satisfying high point of his professional career.

Prior to founding ICS Designs, Bharat has spent a decade in CADCAM, at Godrej & Boyce Tooling Division, making valuable contributions in manufacturing of plastic molds, die casting dies, sheet metal panel dies.

Amol is Founder and Managing Partner of of Strategic Minds, a Business Consulting and Investment Banking boutique, headquartered in Mumbai, with offices in Delhi and Pune.Amol specializes in Strategic Advisory Services as well as assisting companies in raising Private Equity. He has worked with mid-sized Indian companies advising them for Corporate Restructuring, Strategic Advisory and long term value creation.Prior to founding Strategic Minds, Amol spent nearly two and a half decades in MNCs and Indian corporates of great repute like Bosch, Cummins, NRB Bearings, ATS Elgi and Escorts Ltd. leading Sales, Business Development and Corporate Strategy Functions.
